Having relocated her own family to Texas, Kelly decided to make the jump from working 20+ years in the corporate world to helping other families navigate the process of house hunting and avoid some of the most common pitfalls. After earning her real estate license, she went right to work for Bill Fife, establishing herself as the resident expert in transitioning clients to the DFW area.
Utilizing her background in business and her degree in Business Management, she works diligently to make the transition a smooth and easy process by helping each client get accustomed to the cities and surrounding areas, research schools and find the right neighborhood and house that meets their needs while staying in line with the client’s budget. Her goal is to never just sell a house but to help a new friend start a new chapter in their life.
Kelly has incorporated her diverse life experiences, from raising her children in the midwest to serving as an Ambassador with the Chamber of Commerce; the Treasurer for Women’s Leadership Group; President of the Golf Booster Club; and Member-Board of Directors for Little League into helping clients make the transition to a new area.
Kelly uses her networking and social skills to respond quickly to meet each client’s needs throughout the McKinney, Plano, Frisco, The Colony, Prosper, Little Elm, Allen, and Celina areas. Having personally bought and sold many houses, she understands the stress and pressure of finding the right home.
A self-proclaimed hopeless DIYer, she loves taking on remodeling and decorating projects. And she constantly uses these skills to help her clients recognize a diamond in the rough, understand the potential increase in future property values, and properly estimate the cost of construction.
